Zuken Inc. (“Zuken”) announced that it has established a local subsidiary, Zuken India Private Limited (below, “Zuken India”), in Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore, Karnataka State) in India.
India, a country with a population of 1.25 billion people, has a policy of expanding employment by encouraging foreign investment, building social infrastructure, and nurturing industries. The goal is to enable rapid economic growth by encouraging the expansion of industry. Aggressive measures to nurture industries focused on manufacturing are counted on to create a bright future in India, not only as a market, but as a research and development center. It is predicted that increasing numbers of domestic and foreign companies that develop products employing advanced electronics technologies will be established. Zuken has, until now, supplied electronic design automation (EDA) software to customers centered on advanced technology companies in India through its local agencies. By establishing Zuken India, Zuken will be able to serve its customers with the most advanced electronic and electrical design solutions more closely than before.
